Instructions

Add a pinch of sugar to a large pot of water. Add corn and boil for 5 minutes. Drain water and run a small amount of butter on the corn. Next, spread Bekka Valley's Green Garlic Spread on the corn. Top with Parmesan Cheese and serve.

Instructions

Chop and boil potatoes in a large pot for 12 minutes or until tender. Drain water and add milk, salt and Bekka Valley's Green Garlic Spread to taste. Serve in a large bowl and top with chopped chives.

Garlic Chicken

Instructions

Thaw 4 chicken breasts and then spread Bekka Valley's Green Garlic Spread over the meat. Grill for approximately 10 minutes on a medium heat on each side until thoroughly cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes and serve.

Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
6 eggs Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup B.V Garlic Spread Smoked Spanish paprika
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with enough water that there's 1 1/2 inches of water above the eggs. Heat on high until water begins to boil, then cover, turn the heat to low, and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and leave covered for 14 minutes, then rinse under cold water continuously for 1 minute. Crack egg shells and carefully peel under cool running water. Gently dry with paper towels. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, removing yolks to a medium bowl, and placing the whites on a serving platter. Mash the yolks into a fine crumble using a fork. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Evenly disperse heaping teaspoons of the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.

Instructions

Marinate chicken for 1 hour to overnight. Skewer chicken and vegetables in alternating patterns. Charbroil on grill over a medium heat, rotating skewers to cool evenly. Serve with rice, Fattoush salad and our signature Garlic Spread.

Instructions

Marinate chicken in Bekka Valley Shawarma Marinade for one hour to overnight. Cook in a single layer on a hot skillet for four minutes (do not disturb). After four minutes flip to the other side and cook for another four minutes or until fully cooked. Roll in a pita with tomato, pickles and our signature Green Garlic Spread, or you can serve it over rice with a Fattoush salad on the side.

Instructions
